Cervantes Pinnacles Motel

We always stay here when we come to Cervantes. This time we decided to try the restaurant with the buffet, we thought it was lovely, except the hair in my husband's dinner and mine, hard to say if it's come whilst preparing the food or it has happened when people are frequenting the buffet. Maybe a bit more quality control is needed. But the steak was lovely. The breakfast buffet was ok. My husband chose a breakfast sausage which smelt and tasted off. Again quality control is needed. We will still be back though. They addressed all of our concerns in a professional manner which we appreciated.

Lovely room overlooking the pool. The reception staff were very kind and considerate as there had been a problem with our booking ( not the fault of the Pinnacles Resort but with Booking.com). They sorted it out and gave us an upgrade at no extra cost. I suggest Booking.com do a careful review of offering rooms that are double booked!!

We loved the family suite and the pool. Walking distance from the tavern and the general store. The suite was so large! We did not expect a big lounge room, dining and kitchen. Previously we have been twice before but not with kids. As a family of 4 we were all so surprised and loved being there.

It was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. The kitchen appliances were all available and in working order. Everyone was welcoming and attentive from the reception through to the restaurant and maintenance crew. The breakfast was more than adequate to send us off down the road Would definitely recommend ☺️

The room was just as expected clean and although basic it was comfortable, room 37 had a huge fridge freezer and freestanding cooker and microwave, all useable but cooking pans etc limited. But hay it had a great view from the back with a bbq a restaurant for dinner and breakfast so why go to the bother of cooking. Petrol station next door with more eating options. Directions head left towards the coast turn right at garage the it’s a couple of hundred yards on the left.
